Bhutto and me
I've only recently found the works of K.W. and have read SES and Brief History of Everything. I don't know how far up the ladder I am (I suspect rational with reaching shades of trans).
But one doesn't have to be too far up the ladder to realize that Bhutto's loss moves the "Center of Gravity" considerably lower for Pakastan.
I only wish I understood much more of KW and his writings and I wish it were accessible to more people. One of the things that has most struck me is Ken's statement (paraphrased) that the problem isn't environmental degredation but a developmental level for individuals that allows them to live and accept this degredation. That is the path we must follow, I feel, to help us truly evolve as a species--figure out how to start bringing these people along.
