ISC 3 is too expensive for most. It's becoming elitist and upper class. Shame, it could of been a movement with vast and profound repercussions. We will have to wait.
there is still too much green in the Integral movement.

Is there a way that I can enter this contest without a video? I can't do all that, but would be able to send you a written submission.

It seems it narrows down the field to techies, if this this the only way to submit.

I lost interest in the integral movement the day I went to integral naked online and saw a trademark symbol. Truth doesn't need a trademark, or a marketing plan, for that matter. What's sad is, there are many generous souls with extra deep pockets who would gladly donate millions to promote solution-centered help for humanity, if inspired to do so. The integral movement itself is nowhere near integral in its flatland approach to survival and growth. The radiant, resonant pulse of life, the inner and outer sun, is not shining to the glorious, expansive degree it could on the integral movement. It has been eclipsed by the same hubris it seeks to subdue in the world.

So an Integralist should not embrace Orange ambitions and strive for success? I think you're green with envy! I applaud the fun and generous contest and in the future I will gladly allocate the appropriate funds and support the wonderful work of I.I! In the meantime I have all the lovingly made and AFFORDABLE books, cds, dvds, websites, webcasts, podcasts, forums, magazines...

If you choose to offer this contest in the Spring, I'm down!

I have tried to get my video to go onto You Tube, and I am having techinical difficulties... I am just emailing this to let you know that there is still a video coming, even tho ugh it is late in the day. my worry is that because it is in hte evening, the contest will be announced over, before my brother could come home and get this to work.

LOL... Well that was fun.... in a twisted kind of "lets get the technical bugs out" kind of way. The things I'll do in an attempt to win attendance at the full three day conference of awesome beings talking about awesomely important ideas....

My daughter also submitted, so it seems a bit weird to compete with her. Maybe we can work out a family deal. My wife and I are already booked for the 3rd day of the conference.

Lots of late night submissions..... LOL.. Video processing takes time.... And the final video seems to have lost some frames in the uploading translation.... Oh well.... close enough.

We are getting that Integral-AQAL word out there! Some terrific understandings and interpretations.

As Doug mentioned, my video lost a few frames - including the dramatic ending - wonder if it is inexperience or a youtube glitch?

I received a message on youtube supposedly from the "VP of media" at integral life. If this was a valid message, you gave me an incorrect email address and a phone number that leads to a fax machine??
Has anyone else received any sort of confirmation/rejection?

LOL.... Got me. I turned off "embedding" as I am, in general, a tad shy about sharing details of my life with strangers. I could wrap my head/ heart around doing it with the integral community (as in how many not-in-the-loop people query "MyintegralLife" on YouTube), but the idea of having random people be able to embed my video at a whim anywhere on the internet was just too much for me. LOL... I've submitted to and accepted those feelings of helplessness/ lack of control over my entry, and have now turned embedding "on" and you should be able to post my video here on this page with the rest of the entries. Have a good one!

To be rather honest, it's a bit of a disappointment that we, non-winners of the contest, did not receive any kind of rejection notice or update or anything! One puts a certain amount of heart and energy into a project that's devoted to a purpose they respect and suddenly they are left out in the cold. Not a very integrally organized contest this was. Well congrats to whomever did win and receive any kind of notification.
